Multiplex Constructions engaged Hindmarsh Plumbing to deliver hydraulic services to Cbus Property’s 83 Pirie Street – a 22-storey office tower in the heart of Adelaide’s CBD.
The building stands proud as Adelaide’s most sustainable office tower. Designed to achieve world-class energy efficiencies and environmental standards, it is the first commercial and mixed-use building that does not use any natural gas.
The hydraulic works provided by Hindmarsh Plumbing included sanitary drainage, trade waste drainage, hot, cold and rainwater reticulation, stormwater drainage, inground hydraulic services and sanitaryware fitout for all 22 levels of the 83 Pirie St site. Achieving high environmental standards was essential for 83 Pirie’s Principal, Cbus Property. Hindmarsh Plumbing was proud to deliver the specified smart technology that captures real-time water usage data and rainwater harvesting for toilet flushing.
